RECIPE OF DISTILLATION:
Secret traditional recipe of the distillers of Kavala from 1906. Star anise and various other flavourings are used.
WATER:
Desalted water from the water supply of Kavala.
INSTRUCTIONS:
You can drink it neat, with cold water or ice.
Do not store in the refrigerator.
Avoid sun exposure.
Perfect accompaniment to appetizers, sea-food, salads and cheese.
 
"OUZO of KAVALA", after the stage of dilution with desalted water from the water supply of the city of Kavala in order to achieve the required alcohol volume (40%), it remains in stainless tanks to mature for at least 2 months before it is bottled.
