Stemming and crushing, classic red and white vinification
DISTILLATION:
Double distillation of the heart (removal of heads- tails) and distillation of fragrant Thracean anise. Used grape pulp 70-80% of the volume of the grapes
ALCOHOL VOLUME:
40% vol
INSTRUCTIONS:
It can be drunk neat, with cold water or ice
Excellent accompaniment to sea-food, salads, cold plates with cheese and meat products
 
“TSIPOURO EXTRA WITH ANISE”, after the stage of dilution with purified water in order for the required alcohol volume to be achieved (40% vol), it remains in stainless tanks to mature for 12-18 months before it is bottled.
